Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. As artwork is a fragile item, it must not have been hung, installed, altered, framed (if sold unframed), scratched, bent, or otherwise handled in a way that affects its condition.

Except in cases of confirmed defective or incorrect items, all shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import/export taxes, brokerage fees, packaging costs, and payment processing fees (including credit card and third-party provider fees) are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund where applicable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Secure packaging of the artwork
  • Any customs or import fees (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The inner packaging
  • The artwork itself

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.


Fragile Artwork Condition

All returned artwork will be physically inspected upon arrival.

If the artwork shows signs of:

  • Being hung
  • Physical damage
  • Scratches, dents, bending
  • Missing original packaging
  • Improper repackaging

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or reject the return if the item does not meet the required return conditions.

Refund approval is subject to inspection after the item has been received.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will only be issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the returned item is delivered to us for inspection and processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For non-defective returns:

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Packages / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failure to collect from the post office
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refused delivery

The refund (if issued) will be reduced by:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Packaging costs
  • Payment processing fees
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized artworks
  • Commissioned pieces
  • Made-to-order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Israel – Consumer Protection Law

For customers located in Israel, cancellation rights apply according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the item (or from receiving transaction details, whichever is later), subject to legal conditions.

A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply, in accordance with Israeli law.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable as required by law.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned artwork.

Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


United States

For orders shipped to the United States, returns are accepted according to this 30-day return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
