Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time (including processing and shipping):

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days from the order date
  • Local Orders (Israel): 5–12 business days from the order date

Note for local customers: Local orders are delivered faster and without customs fees.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or seasonal demand.


1. Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and secure packaging before shipment.
During high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended. If so, you will be notified by email.

Orders are processed Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays).


2. Shipping Methods

All shipments are sent via reputable courier services (such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Transit Times

Shipping transit times (after processing):

  • International Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination country and carrier)
  • Local Orders: 1–5 business days

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Local orders are delivered without additional customs fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authority or shipping carrier.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Damaged Packages

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the item

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • Failure to collect the package

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
